As
a result of the tremendous turnout this year my waiting list has
become too big to continue keeping track of everyone and notifying
of cancellations. I have almost 700 people this year so my workload
to ensure those registered have a great day has increased. Because
of this I am not going to continue the waiting list but instead
give everyone an opportunity to secure a spot in this year’s
race by becoming my fundraiser. This event is geared toward raising
money and awareness for my condition in the hopes of funding research
that will get back my lost abilities. Anyone who is able to raise
$600 or more will earn themselves a spot in this year’s race
and will not have to pay the registration fee. This will be the
only way you can now secure a spot regardless if anyone cancels.
You
can either set up a fundraising webpage at the following link ACTIVE
DONATE and notify me when you have reached your goal or you
can send a check payable to Got the Nerve? to the address below
for money you raised in other ways. The deadline for this is 5/16.
